Challenge 13

Challenge 13 became optional as they threw it at us as a surprise. And we decided to do it anyway. The topic is the diversity of love. It's a 2 page spread and each side had specific things that needed done to qualify. I did the right side. We decided to talk a little bit about how love changes with time. I got the right side and I chose to talk about the love you feel for your children and that really cute old people love. (Maz is picking up other kinds of love in the left side of the page....)

Challenge 12

Challenge 12 was for us to create a layout explaining why we do this...

Challenge 11

Challenge 11...we were only allowed to use one picture, and the only writing we were allowed to do was ask a question...

Challenge 10

This was a Road Block and since I did the other Road Block, it was Maz's turn. In this one, she had to ask me 5 questions and then put the lo together and include one picture and items from 2 designers (no more, no less)...I'm not sure if there were other qualifications... (and let me say, those questions were hard!)

Challenge 9

Well, here are the rules for challenge 9...

This week’s challenge is: Generations.

Your scrapbook page completed for this challenge must include:

  • Photos of at least two generations of family members (the more generations, the better). KB and Friends specializes in vintage and retro-style digital scrapbooking kits, so we encourage you to dig out those old family photos and scan them, if you have any.
  • Lace.
  • Something metal, preferably, old metal.
  • At least one flower.
  • At least one vintage or retro-style element. It can be ephemera, an old book, an old clock, and so on.
So, I did this heritage page of one of my ancestors, Edward Krewson, and his family.
